COURSE DESCRIPTION & OVERALL GOAL
This interactive online course consists of four live web-based sessions. It will address specific aspects of TB case management from a nursing perspective using a case-based approach. The format will include videos, brief lectures and discussion. Topics include documentation for case management, TB contact investigations, patient-centered care, management of TB in special situations, improving adherence and managing adverse drug reactions. Enrollment is limited to registered nurses who are responsible for providing TB case management for patients with TB infection and disease.
