Amee Patrawalla, MD Dr. Amee Patrawalla completed her training in Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine at New York University Medical Center. She first became interested in care of the patient with tuberculosis while working as an Internal Medicine resident at Boston City Hospital in Massachusetts. As a Pulmonary Fellow on the Bellevue Chest Service in New York City, she expanded upon her knowledge, especially as it pertained to care of the complex TB patient. In addition to being a full-time faculty member in the Pulmonary and Critical Care Division at Rutgers New Jersey Medical School, Dr. Patrawalla also sees TB patients in both the inpatient and outpatient setting at University Hospital and the Global Tuberculosis Institute’s Lattimore Practice in Newark, New Jersey. She is also involved in teaching the house staff and fellows about TB at New Jersey Medical School.
